Backorders

Seasonal Shipping Considerations

Cold Weather Shipping

  • We ship rain or snow; any delays subject to bad weather are dependent on the carrier
  • Our packaging is safe down to 5°F.
  • We are not responsible for freezing damage.

Reshipping Policy

  • For packages confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will reship or provide a refund at our discretion.
  • Reshipments for damaged items require the return of the original product or photographic evidence.
  • Reshipment is subject to product availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute comparable varieties if original selections are unavailable.
  • Reshipping costs for orders to incorrect addresses provided by customers will be the customer’s responsibility.
