Storage & Usage
How long do heirloom garlic bulbs last?
Hardneck varieties will keep for 4-6 months. Softneck varieties last 8-10 months. Store in a cool, dry area with air flow at 65 degrees. Keep out of direct lighting for best results.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I accidently threw away my planting garlic this year, but didn't discover my mishap until mid November. We grow organically and had heirloom garlic in that trashed bag. It seemed no one had any garlic to sell. I spoke with a helpful young man at Basaltic, who took the care and time to reassure me they had what I wanted, although just "smalls" were left. The cloves came in pretty quickly and the cloves were not huge, but not too small either. We were so happy to have found Basaltic - they saved the day! Thank you!
